i did two houses for myself.one when i worked for the home depot and one when i worked for Lowe's,and have recently discovered the habit for humanity.when you go into Lowe's or depot,LOOK for the yellow clearance tags and if you go to a store where they have move stuff outside,motto is get rid of it because we don't want to bring it back in.they do not have a place to store the stuff and the manager gets in trouble from a district manager.also each store inventors twice a year and they all clean out the over head eliminating the items they do not want to count.your best bargains will come from SOS items(special order) because they are hard to sell.examples:stove,2400.00 for 900.00-refg.1600.00for 600.00-bath lights,60.00for 5.00 and many discontinued and keep track of seasonal,like where fire places were,they will stock air conditioners.do not study to long,or someone else will buy it out from under you.once there were five storm doors and i had to buy all 5,so what,25.00. one door was 268.00,and if they are missing parts,you can always order them.the replacement for my beautiful stove,was a stainless with a convection oven.

I live in CA. and I'm a single parent tired of getting my rent raised every year. I need some stability in my life and don't want to worry about my sons future. I heard that there are places that sale home or condos after repo and cost less than they are worth.

pick up a homes magazine, there should be forclosed homes in there. U can always go to palm harbor homes and find a mobile home, or search online for forclosed homes in ur area. My 1st house was forclosed and we bought it for almost $40,000 less than appraisal value. Good luck!
Unless you're behind in your payments, it should not affect your property at all. Appraisers will approximate the value of your property based upon recent sales in your area, but if they do their job correctly, auction sale prices should be ignored.

Only free way to get that info is to head down to the Riverside county recorders office and start browing the public records.

CA does not take homes, you can only buy liens, the debt, not the house itself.
Ask at the county court house, they hold the auctions once a month.
But, you can not purchase a home this way, only a tax lien.
